1st day: Arrival in Koppl and overnight stay.
2nd day: From Koppl via the Nocksteingorge - which leads to the hiking path Nr. 810, at the fork path Nr. 70 to the round path and on to the Gaisbergsummit. From the Gaisbergsummit hiking path Nr. 804/Nr. 69 via the Zistelalm and the Mitteregg guest house to Ebenau. Overnight stay. Duration of the tour: 5 1/2 hours approx.
3rd day: From Ebenau via Metzgersteig, Plaik and Kugelberg to Faistenau. Follow path Nr. 638 - turn to path Nr. 60 (Metzgersteig) to Strubklamm. Follow path Nr. 48 to Felsenbad rock pool - path Nr. 43 to Faistenau. Overnight stay. Duration of the tour: 6 hours approx.
4th day: From Faistenau via Kugelberg and circleround path to Hitnersee From the centre of Faistenau (path Nr. 43 - Kugelberg) - turn to the lake Hintersee (path Nr. 46), walk along the right side of the lake Hintersee; you have the possibility to walk to the capel "Eiskapelle" (path Nr. 51a) - when you reach Langreith walk along the small river Tauglbach to Hintersee! Overnight stay. Duration: 6 hours approx.
5th day: From Hintersee via Perfalleck to Fuschl am See. Follow path Nr. 47 - at Schafbach hut path Nr. 40 to Tiefbrunnau, then follow path Nr. 26 to Fuschl am See. Overnight stay. Duration of the tour: 71/2 hours approx.
6th day: From Fuschl am See to Thalgau. Follow path Nr. 30 along the lake shore to the snack restaurant Berger; then path Nr. 11 to Thalgau. Overnight stay. Duration of the tour: 3 1/2 hours approx.
7th day: From Thalgau via Hof bei Salzburg to Koppl Follow path Nr. 19 to Schwaighof; at Schwaighof follow path Nr. 90 and then path Nr. 97; in the centre of Hof bei Salzburg follow path Nr. 98 to Koppl. Departure. Duration of the tour: 3 1/2 hours approx.
