Magical forest trail in Hintersee and Water wonder trail in Tiefenbach

Both of these trails start in the village of Hintersee, together the whole trail takes about 3 hours.

Magical forest trail Hintersee (left) is a sign-posted round walk and starts directly in the centre of Hintersee. It is suitable for all ages. The trail starts along the Taugl stream, then crosses over the road and at the point Satzstein, the exploration path begins. Here there is the possibility to return or the centre of Hintersee. Walking time approx. 1 hour.

Explore the “Water wonder in Tiefenbach (right) begins at the Satzstein parking area.
From here the trail follows the Tiefenbach stream, where there are a number of inviting places close to the water. The route continues to the top of a waterfall on a good path climbing approx.100 metres. Depending upon time out for a rest, the trail takes about 2 hours.
