Die Waldhofalm

Thers's one thing that hotel owner Herbert Ebner and Alm-boss Daniel have in common, they both grew up on a farm and have a strong affiliation with traditional farming. It's therefore logical that local natural products are used in the Alm cooking: meat from neighbouring organic farmers and milk and butter from Herbert's brother Wolfgang from Haslgut Farm.
